I'm having trouble getting the spots that are in the green boxes.

Let one of the Ice Golems kill one of the guys with Rurik at the first bridge. Then use Necrotic Traversal to get to his corpse.

did you use the Necrotic Traversal trick after the bridge to get down to where the prince is?

Note that you can skip many such small parts in Prophecies and still get 100% cartography.

The one at the bottom is different than the other 2 which are along the path Rurik takes and you need to reach with Traversal. To reach the bottom one, you do still need Traversal, or at least some REALLY good running skills to get past the gates that open when using the Gear Lever at the end of the mission. After you open the first gate, there are 3 more. Each has some area to explore, but I believe the bottom box in your picture is from taking the one on the left side when you enter the last area. There should be a few dwarves within range of the door, just kill one or more there and then Traversal across, or leave the other 2 doors closed and clear out the entire area.

Haha yeah that would be terrible, I always just disable all my skills on my heros and stuff whenever I do this.

Heck I probably need those spots still too even though I have 100% Cart. Try the rest of the map without those spots. Sorry, I don't know for sure since that mapping program wasn't around at the time, but does the title give any sense of accomplishment at the end this way? I guess it's like getting a trophy for trying nowadays lol. GL at what you enjoy either way.

Here's a tip for you - if you are going with h&h....

In order to map the whole area, you need to use Necrotic Traversal, as mentioned, but there are foes you need to kill along the way. Flag your h&h at the first place you use NT. If you die while fighting the foes, simply un-flag your h&h and they will magically pop down to the lower track all by themselves - usually - sometimes it takes a few re-flags and un-flags, but it does work. Your h&h will come and rez you and you can continue with them.
This also works in the Dunes of Despair mission.
